Two fairly solid run this weekend. Running 2 15 milers back to back is a little rough at first until you get in a groove. Pretty happy with my times and can only get better from here! Since training began in early January I have constantly set new goals for myself. 1. Raise more awareness for COPD. 2. Be better than I ever have. 3. Work towards running consistent miles under 7 minutes.
