Hi! Hope you are all doing well despite the current situation!
Since Coronavirus is hitting Switzerland pretty hard I have to stay at home !
Therefore, I decided to come back to update you on my fitness and health journey and give you some meal prep and workouts ideas !
We are going to get through this together!
Confinement is not yet mandatory here but it is highly recommended which means that every single places has closed in the country (except vital shops like food shops for instance) and that my two jobs have sented me back home for the next few weeks (I am still remotely working though haha).
So let's have a look at today shall we?
Banana/red berries porridge with vanilla soy yogurt (mine is high in protein)
Sweet potatoes, green beans and vegan chicken
Mixed vegetables with vegan chicken
Crackers and 90% dark chocolate
Since I live in the countryside and don't come across anyone I went running ~5km~ and did 5 minutes of jumping rope before I went outside to warm up a bit!
