Please tell me we’re not supposed to be surprised that Billie wants order? Like, ever since she became Death, that’s literally the only thing she’s wanted. The dead to stay dead, for people to be where they belong. That’s her whole character. Like, kudos to Sam for outing her plan like he did and exposing her, but, like, come on.
