To be honest, I don't think the show could have done any justice to Six Of Crows, let alone to Crooked Kingdom. I always found CGI in SAB kind of shitty, so I don't think they'd be able to do justice to Nina raising the dead for Inej.

And that's just one scene. The Ice Court?

No, honestly, it's a good thing the show got canceled. The books are SO much better than the show. And there's something so charming about the Crows mostly being teens. I mean, Kaz being arrested at 10 years old for the first time? And then at 12? And then he learned how to clean up after himself so he doesn't get caught?

That first talk of Kaz with Van Eck is worth more than the entire Shadow and Bone on Netflix. As grateful as I am to have seen some visuals of Kaz and Jesper, the books >>>>>>>>> the show (especially s2).

Plus, we don't even know if they were gonna actually dive deep into the Ice Court and Jurda Parem. If anything, the Crows should have had their own show from *the start*.

I said this before and I'll say it again: they did Wylan dirty in the show. That was a horrible acting. Book!Wylan deserved SO much better. Show!Wylan cannot compare to book!Wylan at all.

They're my everything. Kaz getting closer to him, looking him in the eyes (again). Them sharing this, and Jesper unable to resist yet again (and Wylan being shocked by it, cause Kaz and Jesper's feelings for him are stronger than whatever he promised Wylan two minutes ago). Hopefully I'll have enough energy to make gifs of them after finishing the season. What they share is truly special in my opinion.

The best thing about the cast we got is that even if our favourite scenes aren’t part of the show, there’s still a chance we’ll get to see it during an interview or fan meet. Like Kit and Jack didn’t have to do the just girls scene but they knew how much we all loved it and they delivered. And even thou it isn’t quite the same we still have that, it’s ours forever now. So future scenes like pay someone to pay someone or I’ll push you into the canal might not end up in the show but we could still have the actors saying it for us and I just think that’s wonderful.

Like, I see the meaning behind this, but making it all about Inej? Ew.

Watching that is torture. I'd understand if it was friendly and platonic, like Kaz helping her to overcome her fear. But she knows he can't stand any skin contact. She knows & she still wants to force him. It's so clearly romantic, I hate every second of it. It's not only her fear after the menagerie, it's "I want him", whatever the cost. "He should trust me." While for him it's torture. It's not about her. It shouldn't be about her. Kaz owes her absolutely nothing. Show story wise, she's free. No longer a slave. Leave Kaz be. Just let him be.

If you're a k*nej shipper, whatever you have to say, leave it for yourself please.

<3. Kaz Brekker, the greatest actor.

I love him.

For me it's sparkles in the air when they stand together and interact. I know it's about "Do your part and let's leave", but I can't help myself. This is what should have been. This is canon for me.

This episode is a good development for Jesper his nature wise. "Life doesn't often give second choices. So do catch up." And I already can see Jesper working extra hard to be in Kaz's favor. To be his. Yeah, so much to think about.
