studyblr introduction

hi all!! i’ve made one of these before but abandoned my blog pretty quickly so here is my second atttempt :)

about me:

my name is safey and i will be taking my a levels in september

i study maths, history and psychology and am hoping to study psychology in university

i speak english, decent brezhoneg and latin and am currently learning russian

i watch WAY too much tv but some of my favourite shows are bones, greys anatomy, lucifer and criminal minds!!

why i am doing a studyblr:

i am hoping that it will serve as a motivation to revise and work hard

i would love to make some new friends and study buddies :)

i am really looking forward to becoming a proper part of the community and make some friends so please don’t hesitate to reach out!! :)

Hey - I am on anon because I am a sideblog but my studyblr is safeystudies :) I am a pretty new blog at the moment and was looking for people to follow when I came across you - I was wanting to ask that since I know Latin how difficult do you think it would be to transfer these skills to learn Italian? It is fine if you do not know just though I would ask Anyway it is nice to meet you :)

I've been told Latin makes it easier to make connections with the other romance languages. Italian is closest in direct lineage, with the least other influences from what I know, so I imagine there would be a lot of similarities. Since I'm learning 4 romance languages it's often confusing at time,but because latin is a dead language it may be easier for you to adjust to new pronunciation and grammar? Do any of my followers have any advice? Give them a follow too!

hi guys :) today i have mostly been doing some psychology revision and since it’s a nice day i’ve been doing it outside! i have a psychology test last period and although i feel like i could be more prepared i think it is still going to go well. i have work tonight which i’m not really looking forward to because i’m pretty busy but at least i’ll be getting money lol - i’m also hoping to write another draft of my personal statement today but we will see how it goes!!

13/9/20 - hey everyone! i haven’t managed to do much today as the first week of school has really drained me but i did some calculus and integration for a test next week. i’m really hoping to be prepared for them as this year i have decided to put my all into studying and i really hope it pays off! see you all tomorrow:)

19/02/20 I’m back bitchs it’s half past midnight but I’ve just had the strangest burst of productivity that’s motivated me to get back to this blog. I have been productive while I’ve been away but haven’t really documented it but I’m going to start again bc I think it’s a really good motivator!! So I’m glad to be back :)
