Ingredients: 1 cup diced watermelon. 1 cup sliced cucumber. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Place the ingredients in a mason jar one on top of the other. Put the olive oil and balsamic vinegar at the bottom. Put some diced watermelon on top of the dressing.
