Salmon Quiche Recipe
Make a delightful meal using leftover salmon with this easy-to-make Salmon Quiche. It's perfect for brunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients: 1 cup leftover salmon, flaked. 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced onion. 4 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 pie crust.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Set the pie crust aside after putting it in a pie dish. Add the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper to a bowl and mix them together using a whisk. In the pie crust, spread out the flaked salmon, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped spinach, diced red bell pepper, and diced onion. Spread the egg mix on top of the salmon and vegetable mix in the pie crust. Set the oven to 350F and bake the quiche for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes. Then cut it into pieces and serve. Have fun with your tasty Salmon Quiche!

Ingredients: 1 cup edamame beans, shelled and cooked. 1 cup broccolini, chopped and blanched. 1/2 cup cooked salmon, flaked. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 6 large eggs. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a pie dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the cooked edamame beans, chopped broccolini, flaked salmon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Spread this mixture evenly in the greased pie dish. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until well combined. Pour the egg mixture over the edamame, broccolini, and salmon mixture in the pie dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly browned on top.
