hey i dont know how to get theories out there and i saw you posting about lb6 and notes references so did you notice that in the english localization they specifically referred to barghest's horns as a-rays. some probably relevant screenshots from her profile. sorry to bother you i love your fateposts

it's not her horns she's calling a-rays, she's calling herself an a-ray and her horns the antennae of an a-ray. in this context it means she's a fairy that formed directly from nature rather than being an offshoot of humans like most of the fairies in the lostbelt. pure fairies being called a-rays is one of the epic notes references that i meant in that post
