Vault dwellers who build their C.A.M.P.s in the Savage Divide are so valid. The wind and the wolves howling in the pines make for a compelling song, and the people who live on the peaks of the Appalachian Mountains sit on their front steps with a bottle of Ballistic Bock and howl back. Their coats are streaked with glowing sap, their pockets are full of firecracker berries and their hats have more holes in them than the Whitespring has windows. "Sure, the scorchbeasts will still be able to reach you up here," they say, the west and the east laid out at their feet like loyal dogs, "But at least you'll see them coming."

🚨 Another new camp! 🚨

Found an acid node in the Savage Divide. I first built a nice house right up against the cliff. But there were spots that weren’t clean and it really bothered me. So I tore it down and just started throwing together this scrappy reclaimed raider build.

The stairs were the hardest part. I must have started and restarted them 6 times until they were juuuust right. The rest of the build kind of fell into place after that. I wanted it to have a little bit of a raider vibe but I still wanted it to be colorful and friendly. (Also I don’t really have any raider build stuff lol) I love the watch tower the most I think.

I imagine this place was somewhere people would drop off junk before some raiders moved in. What happened to the raiders who lived here? Who knows? What I do know is they’re gone now and this place is mine.
