A lot of Batman shows neglect to use certain villains. That leaves room for thoughts and ideas to bloom and flourish. For example, Black Mask and Killer Moth never appeared on Batman the Animated Series. The Scarecrow, The Mad Hatter and Two-Face never appeared in The Batman 2004. These characters never appearing means we can only imagine who'd have played them, how they'd have played them, what their designs would have looked like, etc. Because with the exception of The Scarecrow, none of the characters mentioned have designs for the shows they missed's art style. So there's definitely room to think and develop new character ideas out of this. If DC ever wants to do a reunion special for The Batman (2004), maybe that'll allow us to even see some of the missed characters in action. I'd like that, honestly. But what do you imagine these characters could've looked like in their shows artstyles? Who could've played them? etc.
