I was tagged by the beautiful and inspirational scarletfireignited to show my progress of 2014.
I went from over 106kg to 91.6kg this year, almost 40lbs gone in 6 months.
Insanity is mainly to thank for this, the bottom photo is from day one to the final day of insanity.
I’m so proud of how far I have come. I still have around 50-60lbs to lose, but I am almost halfway there and I’m hoping I can make 2015 the year I reach my goal.
Sounds cliché but eating right and moving more can make a huge difference.
I tag just-another-meat-popsicle, misskitkatcupcake, kimmigoesphrawr, zarafitblr and anybody else who is immensely proud of the incredible progress they have made this year. Show me your progress! I can’t wait to see how well all you guys have done :)
6 hours of history of law before my weekend starts
Oh my.
Week 7 day 1 with trainer!
Hearts= Goblet squat Clubs = Pull ups Spades = RDL Diamonds = Push ups Jacks= Burpees 30 seconds Queen= Sled push 1 min Kings= Kimura Sit ups 30 seconds Ace= Mountain climbers 1 min Today we played cards. Since it's now winter my trainer wanted me to learn a workout that I can do at home incase the weather doesn't permit me to get to my trainer. (It's about 25min from my house) So I was given a full deck of cards and had to get thru the entire deck to be done today. If I picked up 8 of diamonds I had to do 8 push ups, 5 of clubs I had to do 5 pull ups, etc. The only thing that was tricky about this is that I would get multiple of the same sets so I would have 16 RDL's then 20 push ups then 4 squats then 15 push ups. It was rather difficult today since it was all at random at what I did but I actually enjoyed it. Also while I was doing all of this I was able to battle out my inner voice that said stop at 6 when I had to go for 10. I pushed myself to get every set done and it felt wonderful! :)
Hope I didn't flunk at my last test.
My friend got it back today and she was positive but it was very close : (
