Thinking pondering. Imo that's why jennifer said all that and a mutual felt the same way. But this is someone who's got screeners it's their opinion.

I don’t know if this will serve anything in calming down those who are feeling terrible after some comments on the screeners but, just know that at least all the straight people I know that have been following Killing Eve since season 1...ALL of them, do not want (or care for) Villanelle and Eve having any romantic resolution at all, they expect/want for Eve to die because the show is called Killing Eve (seriously, I’ve heard it so many times) and would be very disappointed with a happy ending where both of them live.

This might mean nothing and not pertain in any way to the reasons why some felt the way they felt about the screeners (I haven’t read the reviews so I honestly don’t know), but I just wanted to put the reminder out there.

But really I want for you all to feel good even without trying to rationalize all this stuff. I understand where the worry and anxiety comes from of course, but it’s so detrimental to feel this way. Then...if it does end badly I give permission (not that I have to but still) to insult me and express the accumulated stuff on me, but pleeeeeeeeeease for now, when you think of Killing Eve and Villanele try to imagine amazing things, amazing endings. Let’s make the path easier, more anjoyable, more fun!
