god i just realized something. the reason Seattle goths are so strongly represented in the mallgoth blogs is because we were absolutely the nerdiest goth scene in the world at that point, with the strongest web dev representation and access to digital imaging. no other goth scene on the planet had as many different people with personal websites and then Livejournals and Flickr accounts until 5-10 years later.

Local Strict Tempo events incoming (recorded for stream at a later date) - The HALLOWS / Kiss of the Whip tour is starting this Thursday with back-to-back Strict Tempo events in Seattle at The Central Saloon w/ Black Agent and Friday in Tacoma w/ DJ Daemon Chadeau at Airport Tavern (and both with DJ sets from me as well)
