I really, really do want to watch a series with Callie and Reese at the helm, because the show did a really good job of making them intriguing and I'm genuinely curious about where their story leads. Not to mention, I feel the Grounders had this huge untapped potential that they skated past in S3 and S4 and then promptly replaced with Wonkru, so seeing their birth and evolution would be super fun.

However, I can't see this proposed show having any kind of satisfying run. Even if it lasted as many seasons as T100, we already know too many things about where a supposed prequel story would end. Callie's attempts to unite the survivors on the ground devolves into primitive tribalism with an allergy to technology (sans the Flame). Every character we've seen and could meet is long dead. Everything Callie and co. create is gone by the end of S5. We know what becomes of the Flame, of the Ark, of the Mountain, of the Disciples, of ALIE. So really, the only bargaining chip a prequel series in this world has is "we can have some cool nods to the future characters, a few romances, and showcase the Flame actually being useful."

I mean of course there's also stuff they could do with the state of the world right before the bombs fell. It is 2052 after all. But idk yall. I want a prequel but at the same time I don't see it working out.

As much as I typically hate flashbacks I really wish we got more of what happened during the time jump. Specifically I wanna see the bunker before Red Queen. I wanna the chosen wake up from being gased in 4x12, the anger, confusion, relief. I wish we saw that. I wish we saw more of Kane and Abby and how Abby was finding out Kane went against her. I want an 8th season thats just all the stuff that happened in that time jump.
