Hey, ladies! Has anyone heard of, tried, or is currently practicing seed cycling?! I'm in the process of making some changes to try and regulate/lengthen my cycle and banish the *awful* cramps I get every 26 days! This is a jar of freshly ground flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds that I will take two tbsp of daily for the next 14 days. After that I will be switching over to ground sesame seeds and sunflower seeds!
