Indian movie concepts

Straight up speaking, I as an Indian don't like to watch any Bollywood movie anymore. It's absolutely rubbish now! It's like they're running out of concepts and ideas to make a movie on! Even if they might have a concept they completely ruin it by supporting crime in it! And making it look absolutely okay! For example, in this movie called 'Kaabil' they show a blind women is harassed and raped and ultimately the women suicides. Then her blind husband takes revenge on those guys by killing them because the police were corrupted and were of no help. I, for one would actually like a movie in which if a women is harassed or troubled and the police is of no help, what exactly is she to do!?? LEGALLY!!! not all women or men are ready and okay with murder as a revenge!! That too by themselves. I know it's just a movie, a fiction movie. But those movies touches too close to home! It's a very ongoing concerning matter! Murders, rapes, harassment is NOT OKAY!! They're NOT cool!!! Stop portraying them as the only option left!! A/N: this is my opinion, if anyone has a contradiction or perhaps wants a discussion about another topic, pls ask or dm me. All kinds of thoughts and opinions are welcomed.

That cosplay inner talk we all have (SU version)

This is a point of view and i want to make clear that the fact i believe a character doesn’t fit me or that i wouldn’t feel comfortable being the character it doesn’t mean i think the same for anyone who cosplays any character they want, i’m a strong supporter of “cosplay is for everyone” and i believe that your happiness by being a character you love and your effort making or getting your costumes worths it.

Now let’s get to the kind of  talk every cosplayer had at least once in their head:  ... am i enough confident/similar to cosplay this character? 

I personally was so willing to cosplay Garnet from SU since last year but i couldn’t expend a lot of money and it was just an idea, i also aknowledged since the beggining that the only thing i have in common with Garnet is the bodytype and with all this time i just came to the conclusion that... is better not to force me to look cool in a square shaped afro, magenta skin and some platforms that will barely make me 5′6 if im lucky (im 5′1) if im not going to feel confident enough and it costs some money...

and I know it’s all about fun but once i sticked to a character that looked so much like me, i felt like i could never go back unless the character i just don’t look like feels comfortable enough

so there’s the SU characters i’d try:

Jasper (she’s big but she has that hourglass bodydhape, huge tights and broad shoulders)

Rose (i’m probably not that curvy and absolutely not tall but my face helps)

Amethyst (same thing i have with Rose, except that she’s small, plus, i’m not a huge personal fan of Amethyst so idk)

Peridot (maybe fan-made version, she’s the character i love the most but wig styling is SO DIFFICULT and i don’t think it fits my facial features )

Sapphire:( i don’t know how to make cute, long princess dresses but she could be the most accurate character for me... but, i somehow think it wouldn’t make much sense if i don’t have a Ruby by my side)

Garnet is kinda literally out of reach for me...

plus: the pain of painting my body

characters i feel i’d never nail:

Pearl, Lapis...

I’d nail Ruby... but i hope you don’t mind that... i just can’t stand Ruby, i’m not dressing as a character i can barely digest just because she makes Garnet possible (hail garnet!!!1!)
