Backstory

Childhood: born to a man and an elf whom are unknown to her, she was given to the people in Mirkwood where an unnamed elf working for the king took her in and raised her, she grew up alongside Legolas (and Tauriel), training with them and eventually developing keen hunting and tracking skills alongside combat skills, most proficient with a bow.

Key Life Events: has not yet chosen either side of her heritage and felt pressure from others to make a choice (while being made to feel unwelcome), suspected parents may be Gandalf and Galadriel but never gets confirmation, falls in love with Thorin after meeting him and joining his company (much like Tauriel to Kili and much to Legolas' dislike)

Connection to the Canon Plot: helped fight the orcs at the edge of Mirkwood but followed the dwarves down the river and helped them to shore, upon meeting bard he convinced them to let her come along for the sake of avoiding running into more orcs should she turn back and stayed with the company from then on.

Abilities and Gear

it’s been a hot minute since i last dropped an oc design!

(i put it under the cut because her design could be interpreted as suggestive and i don’t want to jumpscare u)

This is Whisper (Nickname Wisp/Wispy)

She is a Deltarune oc! (I needed someone to ship with tenna, didn’t I?) (Don’t worry, I will still be drawing Dolly and she and Luci are the main focus of my account.)

Her Light World form is one of those cute medical playsets, that’s been neglected in the back of a closet until it’s gotten all dusty and moths have made it their home.

She is the on set medic for Tenna’s show and takes care of everybody in TV world. (She carries a little TV manual around with her so she can fix Tenna when he breaks down.) I think shipping bright screen x moth is funny.

(I know, I know, i’m also not the biggest fan of the whole “sexy nurse” trope, but i loved the aesthetic that i could make using it. Let a girl be horny, okay?)
