What sorta returning monsters do you think have good chances for the new map in Ascendance?

(Hmmm, good question! I feel like the fact that it’s a series of floating islands way up in the air may likely limit the monsters that can naturally live here. The Guardians seen in the trailer may likely be an exception because they’re artificial creations, and othwerise no land-based monsters should reasonably be able to reach it)

(As a result, we’re probably limited to just monsters that can fly, which to be fair still is a lot. Seltas could fit well there I feel, as the environment is somewhat reminiscent of the Ancestral Steppe from 4. Perhaps they could stay up here to avoid Seltas Quwwns down on the ground. Similarly, if not all the zones are just pure open sky, I could reasonably see Kecha Wacha swinging and gliding from the Wyrmways. Personally, I would love to see Qurupeco return, both because of love for the monster, the fact that it feels fitting for the area, and that it’s calling mechanics could be interwoven well into the pack hunting mechanic. But unfortunately, I have heard some people say the devs didn’t want to include it in Wilds because of potential conflict with the weather system, so I have doubts that may not have changed here.)

(Bazelgeuse feels like it would be a good high tier monster to include in the Expansion, and I could reasonably see the map as one of its main habitats. And similar to Bazel in terms of fittingness, we know the expansion is going to have clear Elder involvement, I feel like Nergigante, Valstrax, or both would have high chances of showing up there. I would say Valstrax has less of a chance due to already appearing in Rise, but we already got Mizu back so soon, so it’s definitely still on the table)
