It’s no surprise that with the formation of the Division Rap Battles by the Japanese Government (also known as Chuohku), many teams have been formed either through coercion or by their own volition, with those teams come many high profile people or very prolific celebrities both old and young. As such, a betting ring was formed, by who? Well, no one knows, it could be from criminals to politicians to random civilians to even other contestants in the very same tournament, all that matters is that every person in the Division Rap Battles has a bounty on their head, this is a list of how much they’re apparently worth.

As for the reason why? Figure it out yourself.

Hisoka Tetsumasu

"Hisoka Tetsumasu… a name that doesn't stir any personal memories, but the weight of his past is something I can't overlook. I've never crossed paths with him directly, nor have I been involved in the darker aspects of his history. My past as a ninja assassin was strictly controlled, and I refused to take part in any job that didn't align with my own moral compass, which is why I ultimately left that life behind."

"His transformation from a criminal to someone who finds solace in the care of horses is a journey I can respect. It's a path of redemption I'm familiar with, as I too have sought to leave behind a life of violence for one of peace and education. "Though I've never met him personally, Takumi-san has told me much about his friend and colleague, Mizutori-san. He seems to be a very dedicated man. From the way he stands and carries himself, he is obviously adapt at using and wielding a blade. I'd like to know who his teacher was, or at least have a match with him. I'm certain there's much he could teach or show me."

Takumi Wakaba

Azusa smiles at the photo of Takumi, who has a boisterous smile on his face. "Takumi-san is a very good friend of my father. Apparently, my father was the one who tutored Takumi-san in the art of the blade. It must have been a long time ago, as I don't fully remember seeing him in our family's dojo. But still, the photos of him and my father together always brings a smile to my face.

"When I heard about what happened to him and his brother, I was shocked since I know full well that Takumi-san would never do such a thing. I was glad when he reappeared some time later. And I am also glad to see that he has not let his family situation dampen his spirits. He's offered to help in anyway he can to help save my family's dojo, for which I am very grateful for."

Kotono Ohara

"I've never met Ohara-san personally, but Fleuret-san tells me she often visits her at the museum. She seems to be a very smart young woman. Truthfully, I see a lot of my mother in her. ...Just without the laziness that comes with her after she removes her lab coat."

Kiya Kara

"'From the Trees'. A very fitting name, if I might say so myself. Honestly, I'm a bit surprised that Takumi-san is entering the D.R.B. He hasn't offered any real explanation, but I pray that he does well. And if our teams should meet, then I hope they will give us a just and glorious battle."
