Rui would awaken in a swirl of color. There were so many colors, as far as the eye could see. Oranges, blues, reds yellows greens browns magentas cyans, even colors Rui never saw before, mixing, melding, swirling together in every direction.

There was no ground beneath her, yet she wasn’t falling. She was floating through the rainbow void, slowly, to a bright light in the distance.

A Voice rang out.

“Hello!”

“This is the portal to the world of Pokemon!”

“Before I can let you through, though, I’d like you to answer a few questions for me.” “Are you ready? Then let’s begin!”

“What is your favorite kind of cloud?”

“What makes someone trustworthy?” “When do you feel most at peace?”

“Do you put others before yourself often?”

“How far would you go to help Pokemon?”

“Something is wrong with a Pokemon, but you’re the only one who notices it. What do you do?”

“Someone is hurting Pokemon to further their power. What do you do?”

“What does Orre mean to you?”

“What is something you’ve been unable to leave behind?”
