Whatever may be the reason bench press is the most popular exercise. And it will always be an exercise that most guys want to improve, but sometimes its hard to get a good spotter “spotters” in the gym specially while doing Dumbell bench press and then really its a task to get the Dumbells up in straight line without hurting yourself. So here is what I do when I have to lift alone. (Assuming You are not a “RANKBEGINNER”). Just sit down on the bench with Dumbells as I shown in the video, but make sure that dumbells are as close to your torso as possible. This way when you sit down and lay down the dumbells are already on your stomach and its much easier to bring them up into the starting position.
