Some PokeDragons i’m designing for my Submas x Httyd Au

Mostly designing the Twin Bosses Dragons, gonna make a blog soon for the entire Au where i’ll start putting up lore and information but for now focus is designing and turning most pokemon into dragons.

Object Pokemkn are hard since i’m basically turning abstract items into actual dragons so if some look a bit estranged from their original design, i’m really trying here!

Left Haxorus for last cause they are already a dragon type , while they look relatively the same , in this Au they have more sharp features and axe blades that are serated.

These are some of the deadliest dragons or least can be when angered or disrespected , originally docile till provoked, never touch a wild ones tusks or tail blades without permisson and never cross into their territory or nests, it can be seen as a threat display.

Tamed ones though absolutely love being preened and pampered and more docile than wild ones, still best to always respect it boundaries .

Skylanders dragons in HTTYD: What Classes are They? A Study (1/?: Flashwing)

Okay, starting with Flashwing. This should be easy, right? Earth dragon = boulder class! WRONG!

Let's take a look at the boulder class, shall we? Their main traits tend to be:

Eating + in some cases regurgitating rocks❔

Rather tanky ❌

Small wings ❌

Flashwing fits into none of these! You could argue we don't know if she can't, and based on the fact she is from space and her body seems to be able to produce gems, she could be a silicon-based life form which tend to be portrayed as rocky, I doubt this. On the other hand, it IS likely she has a crop in which case she would likely eat some rocks to help digest food- although that is.. well, stretching. SUNBURN would be boulder class, and that... no.

I say: Flashwing is sharp class. Easy.

Some sharp characteristics are:

Vanity ✅

Unusually sharp body parts ✅

Projectiles (bonus points for poison/venom in them) ✅

Hmm. Flashwing is shown to be vain and this is showcased in the Academy continuity greatly, she is enthralled with her looks. Check.

Unusually sharp body parts? Do sharp gems that you can shoot out count? I'd say!

Projectiles, see above. I imagine they are venomous though I don't know if there's evidence towards this.
