STOKER CLASS
These hot headed dragons have the most extreme fire power in the dragon kingdom. Setting themselves on fire, Enormous body to fire ratio, and unique fire abilities. Stoker class can be found anywhere but the sea. Most have sharp jagged teeth, perfect for meat and fish. Their wings are usually broad and big, designed to fuel any fire like a fan. If you are trying to tame one, a fireproof suit, food, and patience are a must. Stoker class dragons are living ovens, making them need to constantly eat to fuel their firepower. Making them very food motivated.
(A friendly reminder to all dragon riders to fireproof their butts)
Stoker class dragons usually have either a Gel-like coating, (to help them set themselves on fire) Or some level of Incendiary drool. Their scales are usually very brightly colored, never too concerned about camouflage, Perfect to attract a mate. (most) Stoker eggs must be kept IN fire, and will burst into flames as a defense and when they hatch. Young stoker class dragons have terrible control of their fire abilities. Monstrous night mare babies randomly bursting into flame and baby Singetails throwing balls of fire in every direction.
These dragons are prideful and short tempered. Easily irritated and quick to burn anything that irritates them. Stoker Dragons are often better suited for battle and make excellent battle companions.
Be patient, calm, and respectful, and these dragons can become Loyal, lifelong friends.
Dragon Classes in HTTYD
so How To Train Your Dragon is probably my favorite movie ever. I have a 550+ page Google doc on every species, subspecies, and hybrid, including fanmade ones or ones that I think could've been subspecies. I won't link it here cuz I just keep it for myself and close friends, but I wanted to discuss the classes. Specifically that, in my stuff, I have 10.
In Canon, there have been 8 different Classes. Stoker, Boulder, Sharp, Strike, Tidal, Mystery, Fear (which was in the series from 2010 to 2014), and Tracker (which has been in the series since 2014). I find the idea of deleting the Fear Class "because people didn't fear dragons anymore" very stupid, because A) that's not the point of the Fear Class, and B) yes they did they still feared many dragons. I also added in two other classes: Frost and Toxic. And there is canonical evidence for the idea of 10 classes! In Race To The Edge Season 6 Episode 1 (because yes that series is Canon I don't care what anyone says), Viggo says there is a lens for each class. He says 5, but there end up being 10 lenses, so 10 classes makes sense.
I won't post my whole dragon book, but I will post images of the Class symbols (including the three I made up myself) and each Canon species, subspecies, and hybrid in those Classes. (And yes, I moved some around).

Reason:
This is technically the first dragon in the series, the stoker class: Volcaneye
This is also what I’m hoping to make all or most of the pages look like in the end. As you can see, this was made over a year ago in January of 2024.
This is probably my favorite piece that I’ve ever done, mainly because of the colors but also because the page is tactile. Through layering of sealant I was able to make the eggs bumpy and the body have a bit of definition.
~ Room 303: Stoker Class
A flag for those who identify as being from the stoker class in how to train your dragon
And now I bring you: some only the interesting HTTYD names re-translated from my native language's dub back into english:

Gobber the Belch - Spit ...literally just Spit
Snotlout - Snotty
Ruffnut & Tuffnut - Headstrong & Dizzy
Stormfly - Stormcarrier (and Deadly Nadder is Deadly Zmei 💀💀💀)
Hookfang - CrookedHorn

Stoker/Fear/Sharp/Strike Class - Firebreather/Threatening/SharplyPiercing/Hunting Class
Dagur the Deranged - Dagur GoneWild (??? The word implies he's gone crazy recently or smth???)
These are the original dragon class marks that were seen in the Book of Dragons short of How to Train Your Dragon. There are seven classes and each class was marked with a picture of a dragon in that class, before Fear class was taken out for Tracker class that the Deadly Nadder was was moved to from Sharp class, and the third HTTYD film reveals that these marks were updated to symbols that look a bit like elemental marks.
What the dragons in the marks are:
Stoker mark - Monstrous Nightmare
Boulder mark - Gronckle
Fear mark - Hideous Zippleback
Sharp mark - Deadly Nadder
Tidal mark - Scauldron
Mystery mark - Changewing
Strike mark - Night Fury (Toothless)
