Nonbinary Brigitte?

Okay, I have to blame @ow-old-men for this one. He was the first one to come up with they/them Brigitte. I foolishly didn't adopt that brilliance at the time but have since matured. It's a pride headcanon that's near and dear to me.

I specifically headcanon Brigitte to be bigender. They feel like both a boy and a girl at once- when painting their nails, when building their armor, when defending the ones they love. The boyish mischief of building a jetpack for a cat with the "teehee I'm a cat lady!" cover story. Their gender vibe shifts a little depending on if they're hanging out with one gender majority or the other- with Reinhardt and the lads? Biceps and baggy pants! With D.va and the girls? Giggly voice and cleavage out! But they're still both no matter what, and they do enjoy switching it up and be a tomboy in a boy's space or a femboy in a girl's space sometimes. They contain multitudes (though they're generally more femme-leaning if you truly must make them pick.)

Brigitte has always felt this way since they were a child. Torbjorn was the first one they told, to which Torbjorn's reply was "well alright then!". Ingrid was on the fence for maybe a few days- she'd been so happy to have a daughter after all of Brigitte's brothers, but thankfully she understood when Brigitte explained that they're still her daughter. Just also her son :)

Swedish has a widely-used gender-neutral pronoun (hen), which is Brigitte's go-to, but they also don't mind people using any pronouns for them, as long as someone isn't trying to insist on only using one or the other. They like to collect pronouns from other languages too- so far their favorites are er/ihn from Reinhardt and Brigitte-언니 from D.va.

Y'know, I just realized, it's very possible that the screen on Emre's chest with the eye is a recent upgrade. Meaning that, for one reason or another, The Conspiracy is now ready for their symbol be flashy and recognizable on their living weapon's chest.

Which is extremely bad news for pretty much everyone in-universe.

Marvel Rivals Characters by Timeline of Origin

From Spider-Man to Cyclops, here's a fully organized chart of every character based on which timeline they're from.

Present Timeline (normal): 35 characters, with the most recent being Cyclops

2099 Timeline (futuristic and corporate): 5 characters, with the most recent being Ultron

Mosaic Timeline (interstellar with dimensional bleed-through): 5 characters, all from the original cast

Collapsing Timeline (modern but with a war between the divine and demonic): 5 characters, with the most recent being Elsa Bloodstone

Demon Days Timeline (feudal Japan): 1 character

Looking at this, it's clear there's an imbalance. I know it makes most sense to have the majority of characters be from the Present Timeline, but when there's more than twice the amount of characters from that one than from all of the others combined, it feels off. For future characters, I'd love to see more from the other 3 major timelines, or even some from unique timelines like Psylocke! I definitely think the Mosaic Timeline needs someone new the most, as all 5 from that one were part of the original cast.
