Design Notes Hidden Below...
Tui says the reason she used the word "talon" for dragon hands is because...
"Paw" didn't seem like the right word to her. She also says that even though talons and claws are technically the same thing in real life, in the book, talon means hand and claw means finger!
Also, Tui says she considers SharpWings to be their own tribe despite there being so few and being created by someone. She says it might be unclear where the story is going with them, but she hopes readers find them interesting!
Tui says she isn't sure if there'll be new tribes in Book 17 onwards, but "we'll see."
precipice (with nineteen and clink) and paua (with blob)!
And now the concept of Sharpwings from me
Spoiler design details are below
I loved The Hybrid Prince! I love all our new friends!
Made a SharpWing base! Here it is using Clink from The Hybrid Prince (Nineteen has a broken wing so it would be harder to make, though it does get more screen time and is a more interesting design).
I'm running out of money so it's ptu. $2 for just 1 full-body fill layer, $5 for every fill layer. I used the $5 version to make Clink here, but you could still use the $2 version to make something of like this.

So I have a TF OC named Eclipse I've never really talked about much but now I have an excuse to cuz him and @marinatedsaltea's OC Sharpwing are now brothers in TFA.
Gothic sassy gay vampire brothers talking shit and planning mayhem.
Three purple, bat-like bots.
