If you're craving pizza, this sheet pan pizza is a quick and easy way to make it. It's great for a dinner with family or a casual get-together with friends.
Ingredients: 1 sheet pizza dough. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for drizzling.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Spread the pizza dough out on a baking sheet and stretch it to the edges. Spread the pizza sauce out on the dough in a thin layer. Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. Pepperoni slices, bell peppers, black olives, red onions, and mushrooms should be put on top. Add the last bit of mozzarella cheese and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and oregano oil. Put olive oil on top of the pizza. Before you put it in the oven, heat it up. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it.
