all the time I think about soul society and no one wearing anything except hakamas with All That Chest and nothing under it like if youre going to fight Monsters and people with Swords should you protect yourself with. More its like putting on a bathrobe and stepping into a minefield

A visualization technique for sheilding

So maybe you've heard that not all spirits are nice, or are willing to share their spaces with you. Sometimes they try to harass you and give you tons of bad vibrations. This can result in you having negative thoughts or feelings, when you are otherwise not such a negative person.

Sheilding from negative spirits andd energy is important. Visualize walls of energy or walls of thick lead, onxy, or steel have come up out of the ground and become a barrier between you and everything else around you. Put all of your thoughts and will power into this. Practice this daily. It will serve as a sheild when you need it. The more you practice this the easier it becomes.
