“ah good evening, miss [y/n],” one of the officers, Aaron, smiles at you as you step into the Sheriff’s department. “Stiles is just in his office.”
“thank you, Aaron,” the sweetest smile plays on your lips. Neither of his coworkers knows what you have on under your winter coat. The lace fabric of your bodysuit starts to itch against your skin as you reach the office door, the name ‘Stiles’ imprinted on the door only makes you feel warmer.
“[y/n], hey!” Stiles greets, standing up from his desk and planting a soft kiss on your cheek. You hand him his dinner; you decided to buy him a chicken wrap because you knew anything hot would get cold the minute you stepped into that office.
“I have a feeling you won’t be eating that anytime soon,” you smirk at him, watching as his jaw drops and eyes trailing down your body while you slowly take your coat off. Teasingly, you shut the blinds that looked out towards the rest of the floor building. Stiles roughly pulls you against him by your hand, your body hitting his with a slight ‘thud’.
“you could’t wait until I got home, could you kitten?” He murmurs into your ear, taking your earlobe in between his teeth.
“I couldn’t help myself, Sheriff,” you moan, grinding your ass into his crotch.
“how about you come show daddy how much you want it,” he chuckles, leading you to his chair. He sits down, patting his thigh. You straddle his hips and immediately start grinding on his clothed-cock, letting out the smallest whine.
“daddy, you got me so wet,” you moan while kissing his neck. “I’ve been wanting you all day, I couldn’t wait another minute.”
“i can see that,” stiles remarks cockily, placing his hands on your hips.
“I want you to ride my thigh,” he instructs.
“yes daddy,” you breathe out, shuffling to centre yourself on his right thigh. It felt so different to rock your hips against the delicate lace from the bodysuit and stiles’s uniform, alongside his coworkers being outside the door and the risk of anyone walking in only added to the excitement and feelings of pleasure. Wrapping your arms around the back of his neck, you lean down and muffle your moans into the crook of his neck. Stiles tangles his fingers in your hair, using it as leverage to pull you you to look at him.
“let them hear you, gorgeous,” he smirks at you, tongue swiping his bottom lip as he feels you grind faster.
“daddy,” you moan softly, still feeling shy about knowing there are people right outside the door.
“princess, you’re the one who came in here wearing this slutty bodysuit under that coat of yours. The least you could do is give them a bit of a show,” he slaps your ass with one hand while the other comes up and wraps around your neck tightly. You whimper at the feeling and rock your hips faster; gliding your clit up and down his pants.
“daddy, can I come?”
“you’re choice. You either cum now or not until I fuck you on this desk. Which would you like, princess?”
“your cock,” you whimper, feeling your high approaching fast. “I want to cum on your cock.” Stiles stands up with your legs still wrapped around his waist. Swiping some of the files off the desk, he carefully places you down on the cold wooden surface.
“I want you to scream my name so everyone knows you’re mine. That only I can fuck you and have only you call me daddy, understand?
@sterekdrabbles A little future fic for the prompt words surprise, possessive, call (4/11/20).
Stiles wasn’t surprised Derek was a possessive boyfriend. Werewolves are territorial by nature, after all. Of course that extended to their mates. Anyone could’ve called that.
No, what took Stiles by surprise was how possessive he was when it came to Derek once they’d finally confessed their feelings for each other and got together.
He supposed he shouldn’t have been that surprised. Stilinskis tended to go all in on everything anyway, but even more so when it came to love.
Besides, they say possession is nine tenths of the law, and in Beacon Hills Sheriff Stiles Stilinski is the law.
“Afternoon Sheriff, sir, what can I do you for?” he might as well try for innocence.
Something definitely wasn’t right though. He took a deep breath in through his nose. That scent…it didn’t smell like John Stilinski, if anything else, despite some of the layers being different, scents change as a person gets older and there were some he didn’t recognise, but the core of it? It smelt like-
“Holy shit! Derek Hale!”
Stiles.
Stiles was the Sheriff? Derek did not see that one coming.

Stiles felt helpless as he watched Lydia waddle around the room, trying to get in comfortable position but failing miserably. He knew she was stressed since she was two weeks early, but she looked beautiful, even in a hospital gown and her strawberry blonde hair thrown on top of her head. He noticed her clutching the side of the bed as she leaned on it for support, another contraction coming on.
"Stiles, are you just going to stand there? Go get Scott." She said, trying to control her breathing.
"But you said.."
"I'm telling you know, Go. Get. Scott." Stiles took one last look at his wife, and texted Scott to meet him outside the delivery room. Stiles walked over to Lydia and placed a kiss to her temple, telling her he'd be right back. As soon as the door was shut to the room, Stiles turned around to see Scott coming out of the door directly across from theirs.
"She changed her mind huh?" Scott said with a slight smirk on his face.
"Yes she did, so get your fuzzy ass in there before she breaks my hand by squeezing it." Stiles grunted, not amused at how much his best friend was enjoying being right. "How's Mal holding up?"
"She says she's fine.. I think she is scared though." Scott sighed, shaking his head lightly.
"Switch?" Stiles offered with a slight smile, thinking Malia might talk to him. Scott nodded, clapping his hand on his shoulder as he passed. "Good luck." he whispered, knowing Scott could hear him. Stiles pushed open the other deliver room door and noticed Malia standing in roughly the same position he just left Lydia in.
"God, we are never having sex again. You hear me? EVER." She gritted her teeth, a slight growl coming from her lips.
"I thought we agreed on that 9 years ago?" he joked, trying to lighten the mood. Malia whipped her head around with her piercing blue eyes staring straight at him, and Stiles realized that was a colossal mistake.
"Not the time for sarcasm Stilinski." she deadpanned, sitting on the edge of the hospital bed, her eyes still flickering every so often. "Wait, why are you in here, is everything okay with Lydia? The twins?" She stood up too fast, concern written on her face. Stiles made his way to her side, rubbing her back trying to calm her down. Stiles noticed how much she was worried about her best friend, and the twins.
"Everything's fine Mal, Lydia said the same thing to me about not having sex ever again." For the first time since Stiles came in she smiled, which in turn made him smile at the were-coyote.
"She caved didn't she?" She asked, the smile still on her face. Stiles nodded, helping her sit back on the bed. "I knew she would as soon as I had my first contraction." She laughed while squirming on the bed trying to get comfy.
"Yeah, Scott's taking some of her pain before she caused me any more. I'm more nervous that she is though, she is very matter of fact about the whole thing while I keep thinking of how everything can go horribly wrong… how are you doing?" Malia looked up at him, and for the first time he could see the worry in her eyes.
"I'm fine.. Just ready to get this kid out of me." She tried to play it off, but he could tell she was lying.
"Mal I might not have supernatural hearing but I can tell your lying. Scott knows something's bothering you, and I do too. Spill it." Stiles scolded her.
"I'm scared Stiles…what if I turn into my mother…" She spoke above a whisper, turning her head to hide the tears that threatened to fall. He felt his heart break that she thought she could ever turn into the desert wolf. Stiles gently grabbed her face to make her look at him.
"Mal you are nothing like her and you never could be, do you wanna know why?" she looked up at me and barely moved her head in a nod. "You help people every day. You have one of the biggest hearts for someone that spent half their life as an animal. You will never end up like her, because you have all of us that would die before we let that happen."
Malia looked up at him, a tear running down her cheek as she spoke. "Thank you Stiles, I just didn’t want to worry Scott. I know it sounds dumb, I just don’t like him to see me like this.. I'm a mess." she chuckled, taking a tissue from the box he held out to her. They sat together in a peaceful silence until Malia screamed in pain. Stiles jumped up from his spot on the bed, turning toward her as she was trying to calm herself down like Deaton had taught her. He noticed her eyes were flickering again, as soon as she calmed down another contraction hit again and this time her eyes were full on blue.
"Mal you okay…" he looked at her, placing a hand on her shoulder. She snarled at him which made Stiles retract his hand.
"Go get Scott and Deaton." She grunted. "NOW." He immediately turned around to go find them, knowing it was time for the first new pack member to be born.
Scott was first to rush in the room, with Deaton and Melissa trailing behind him. Scott noticed Malia's eyes, and approached the bed cautiously.
"Mal.. You okay?" He spoke gently, slowly grabbing her hand. She squeezed it, as another contraction was happening. Everyone in the room heard the cracking, and Scott just gasped trying not to scream so he wouldn't bother his fiancé.
"How do you think I'm doing, Scott." She let a low growl slip and released Scotts hand. Scott grunted as he felt his bones start to heal bit by bit. In the corner of the room Melissa stopped gathering up the materials to look at her son. He didn’t complain that Malia just broke every bone in his hand, instead he offered it to her again once it was healed. "Get this kid outta me Doc, please." Malia begged, sweat was starting to form on her brow. Scott grabbed a towel of the table and dabbed her forehead.
"You're doing great sweetheart, let's see how far along you are." Melissa patted her soon-to-be daughter in law's hand. She made her way to the bottom of the bed and lifted the sheet. "Deaton, she's ready." Melissa pulled the sheet further up, getting it ready for delivery.
"Wait, Melissa if your're in here, who is with Stiles and Lydia?" Malia asked out of breath from her latest contraction.
"Dr. Dunbar is with them, she is only 3 centimeters right now, she has a little while to go before the twins make their grand entrance." She smiled at Malia, noting the concern in her question. "Good thing too, that way Deaton can be in the room with the twins if anything supernatural occurs."
"Okay Malia, I know your're in pain and this is going to hurt but I can’t give you anything because your healing ability would just burn right through it." He turned to Scott, and spoke, "She will probably shift back and forth. You are going to have to take some of her pain to keep her human for as long as possible." Scott nodded, determined to make this as painless as possible for her.
"I love you Malia, you got this." Scott kissed her forehead and she leaned into the kiss. Scott grabbed her hand again, and braced himself.
"Alright Malia, push."
35 minutes later, a beautiful baby boy was being placed into Malia's arms. Scott walked over to Deaton and engulfed him into a hug, then his mom. Scott joined his fiancé, looking down at his son. Melissa had tears in her eyes as she looked at her son and his new family, pride swelling in her chest. Malia had tears in her eyes too, she was exhausted but didn't want to sleep, she was content to hold him all night. Scott placed a quick kiss onto Malia's lips and his son's forehead, telling her he was going to get everyone. Malia just nodded her head, not taking her eyes of the little bundle sleeping soundly in her arms.
Scott knocked onto Stiles door quietly before pushing it open. Stiles had his arm around Lydia, while she was leaning into him, she looked as exhausted as Malia. Stiles stood up, grinning from ear to ear. "Am I an uncle?" He asked, practically jumping up and down in anticipation.
"You’re an uncle to a gorgeous 7lb 8oz baby boy." he smiled, suddenly there was no space between them anymore since Stiles had him wrapped up in a tight hug. Lydia watched the scene unfold in front of her, finally letting out the breath she didn’t even know she was holding since Scott walked in. "Also, me and Mal were wondering… yano in case anything ever happened to us, we would like to know if.. Yano cause we want him to be safe and loved if something was to happen and there isn't two people in this world we trust more than you two." Scott was having a hard time getting the words out, not wanting to think about him and Malia not being around, "We want y'all to be his god parents."
Stiles just stared at his best friend, tears prickling at the back of his eyes. Scott didn’t notice Lydia getting up from the bed, making her way to stand beside him. She placed her tiny hand on Scotts arm, looking up to him. "We'd be honored to Scott." She spoke quietly pulling him in for a hug, Stiles suddenly joined them and they stood there in the middle of the room in a tight embrace. When they pulled away from one another, each of them had a smile on their face.
"Are y'all up for seeing him? I was just about to go to the lobby and get everyone." Scott asked.
"Yeah bro, let me just get Lydia settled in the wheelchair and we'll be over there. I'm dying to know what this kids name is." Stiles spoke excitedly.
Lydia remembered when they made the pact to not find out the gender until birth, and then pick the name when the whole pack was there to witness it, it was a tradition for werewolves according to Deaton. She thought back to Malia's pregnancy announcement, Lydia was over the moon happy for her and Scott. It wasn't until two weeks after her announcement that Lydia realized she was late. She took a test and sure enough, it was positive, which was very frustrating since her and Stiles were always careful. Lydia remembered when Malia had her first ultra sound with Deaton, that's when she decided to tell everyone she was pregnant too.
"Alright Malia this will be cold." Deaton said, as he put the gel onto her stomach. Malia jumped slightly, which made Scott chuckle. The pack was gathered around the Animal Clinic that Scott and Deaton now ran together. Scott was on one side of Malia, and Peter was on the other, everyone else was filled in the room anxiously waiting to see the monitor.
Lydia shifted from one foot to the other, as she looked around the room, her sudden movements made her nauseas for the fifth time that day. She hadn’t told anyone, not even Stiles. It wasn't because she didn’t think he would be happy, she knew he would, but they agreed to wait since he just got elected Sheriff, taking over for his dad since he retired. Suddenly the whole room was filled with a heartbeat, and everyone was smiling.
"That’s it, that little blob is our baby?" Malia asked, confused to what she was looking on the screen. Liam snickered, and Derek laughed out loud which caused everyone to join in, as Malia just glared around the room. Scott patted her hand, chuckling to himself. Melissa stepped forward and cleaned the gel off of Malia, then gave her a hug.
"It's alright hunny, I was in medical school and even I had a hard time finding Scott on my ultrasounds." She smiled sympathetically and hugged her tightly, Malia relaxed into her embrace, finally laughing with everyone else. Lydia looked to her Husband of 3 years and he was radiating joy, she knew he was excited to become an uncle. Lydia couldn’t hold onto the secret anymore so she just came out and said it.
"I'm pregnant." Everyone turned to look at her. Stiles visibly paled next to Scott, before she could get another word out Derek spoke up.
"Catch him." Scott didn’t register what Derek said, and missed his best friend fainting. Scott turned around when he heard the impact of Stiles body hitting the ground. Lydia rushed to Stiles' side, shaking him slightly.
"Well that wasn't the reaction I was hoping for." She bit her lip slightly, Noah put a hand on Lydia's shoulder, causing her to look up.
"Congrats kiddo." He had tears in his eyes. Lydia left Stiles on the floor with Scott, and hugged her father-in-law.
"Ugh… I fainted didn’t I?" Stiles groggy voice pulled Lydia out of the hug, Scott helped his best friend stand up, he was still a little wobbly. "Lyd's… are you serious? I'm gonna be a dad?" Stiles walked toward her and his father.
"Yes.. I have known for two weeks but I was afraid to say anything.. Stiles I'm sorry.. I know we said we would wait since you just got the promotion, I honestly don’t know how it happened. We were so caref--" Lydia rushed through the whole speech she had prepared, Stiles wrapped her in a hug before she could continue. Lydia didn’t realize she was trembling the whole time she was talking, Stiles pulled back from the hug and placed his hand on her cheek.
"Lyds, did you really think I would be mad?" Lydia just looked down at her hands, gnawing at her bottom lip refusing to look into his chocolate brown eyes that she desperately wished her unborn child would have. "Lyds I've been in love with you since the 3rd grade. This right here," he paused, pulling his hand from her face and gently placing it on her stomach. "Has been planned since then. I have always wanted a family with you. I love you, and our child."
Lydia looked into his eyes this time, and couldn’t stop herself from surging forward and placing her lips on his. Stiles returned the kiss with just as much passion, until someone cleared their throat beside them. They broke apart from the kiss, both of them blushing as they realized there were other people in the room.
"Your mom would be so proud of you son." Noah said, patting his son on the back.
"Thanks dad." Stiles hugged his father, and then Scott. Lydia made her way over to stand next to Malia and Melissa.
"I'm sorry Mal, I didn’t mean to steal the spotlight." Lydia spoke, unsure of how her best friend would react.
"Are you kidding me? I'm so happy I don’t have to go through this alone." The were-coyote smiled, pulling her in for hug. Malia mentioned her and Scott decided they didn't want to know the gender, and Lydia thought it was a great idea. "How far along are you?"
"Um… your 10 weeks, so I think I'm 8." Stiles and Scott joined their conversation, both of them grinning. "Hey Stiles, we're also waiting to find out the gender until birth like Scott and Malia." Lydia smirked at him. Malia snickered at his expression, knowing that the suspense would kill the Stilinski boy. Stiles scoffed, but didn’t get the chance to protest when Deaton cut him off.
"How about we find out how far along you are?" Deaton asked, rolling the monitor back into the room. Lydia looked to Stiles, who nodded his head excitedly. Malia gave up the chair so Lydia could lay down, as she was getting comfortable she noticed Deaton's facial expression.
"Deaton are you okay, you look…concerned?" Deaton looked toward her, and then to the rest of the pack. Stiles stiffened, thinking was something wrong with the baby.
"I'm not concerned, I'm curious. You said you and stiles were careful.. How careful exactly?"
"We used condoms every time, and I'm on birth control too. I have an app on my phone that shows when I ovulate, so we try to avoid having sex around those days." Lydia stated, wondering where this was going.
"Well, obviously neither of those options are 100% but I can't help think this wasn’t something else too."
"What do you mean, Lydia is pregnant due to the supernatural?" Scott asked, clearly confused to what his boss was saying. Derek pushed off from the wall he was leaning on and walked over to Scott and Stiles, listening to what Deaton said next.
"It's not so much supernatural, as it is self preservation." Deaton said, trying to explain his theory.
"You lost me Doc." Stiles sighed, looking to Scott for an explanation and was met with a shrug of his shoulders suggesting he had no idea either.
"What Deaton is trying to say is, Lydia is pregnant because Malia is. When wolves are in a pack, it’s natural for them to expand it. It makes the pack that much stronger, the more wolves that are in it." Derek stated, like it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Wait so you're telling me, me and my wife are pregnant.. Because Scott and Malia are?" Stiles restated glancing at Lydia with wide eyes, and then to everyone around the room
"It's a possibility yes, but it could also just be sheer luck." Deaton offered with a smile, preparing to put the gel on Lydia's stomach.
"Great, I'll never be able to have sex again." Liam groaned, which caused everyone to burst out laughing.
"Alright Lydia, this will be cold." Deaton said, putting some of the gel on her stomach. Deaton moved the transducer over her stomach to find the heartbeat. The whole pack was listening, and soon enough the room was filled once again with a strong heart beat. Stiles kissed Lydia's cheek and looked at the monitor. Suddenly the heartbeat sounded like it was echoing, and he looked over at Deaton, who’s eyes just went wide.
"Is that…no way." Derek spoke up, concentrating on Lydia's stomach. He opened his eyes, and the biggest smile was set on his face. Scott and Liam turned to Derek, for an explanation, he just pointed to his ears. Scott and Liam focused on the heart beats, coming to the same conclusion Derek just did.
"Well someone wanna tell us what's going on? Not all of us have super sonic hearing." Stiles grunted angrily.
Deaton removed the transducer from Lydia's stomach, stopping the heartbeats that were echoing through the room. Before he could explain to Stiles and Lydia what he saw on the ultra sound, Derek laughed and turned to Stiles, "It's twins."
No one spoke a word, as Lydia looked up at Deaton for confirmation. He nodded slightly. The only other sound coming from the room now was the thud of Stiles' body hitting the floor for the second time.
Scott left Lydia's room to go out in the lobby, he saw everyone gathered around waiting for the announcement. Liam still had his whistle around his neck, which he probably forgot to take it off after the lacrosse game. He was sitting with Mason and Corey who were holding hands, Scott could make out the wedding bands on their fingers, thinking back to their wedding just last month. Theo and Parrish were both in uniform, even though their shift ended hours ago.
Derek and Chris were huddled in the corner, probably about a case from their job since they worked together now in the arms business, while helping with supernatural on the side. Isaac standing beside both of them, offering some insight to the omega werewolf causing trouble the past week, a smile on his face happy to see everyone again since Stiles and Lydia's wedding 3 years ago.
Peter, Noah, Raph, and Natalie were talking and laughing, obviously anxious to see their grandkids. Ethan and Jackson couldn't make it from London, but they sent their congratulations, along with the request of plenty of pictures. The only person Scott wished was here was Allison. He looked at all the people gathered in the room and couldn't help but feel thankful.
Chris spotted him first, and walked over to his step son with a smile on his face. "So?" He asked. Everyone else got up and walked over to him, waiting for the news.
"It's a boy! 7lb 8oz and he is just as gorgeous as his mother." Scott beamed, Chris pulled him in for a hug. He hugged him back, thinking back to have far they have come. His mom married Chris 5 years ago and Scott couldn’t be happier for her, or him.
"I'm so proud of you, and I know Allison would have been too." Chris whispered in his ear, which just made Scott hug him tighter. When Chris let go, Raph hugged him congratulating him. After everyone was done with the hugs and congratulations and of course a snarky comment from Isaac thanking the lord that the kid looked like Malia, Scott led them to Malia's room.
When he opened the door, Stiles and Lydia were already in the room. Lydia was holding her god-son as Stiles looked at him over her shoulder. Peter made his way over to Malia, and kissed her forehead. Malia looked over at Scott, their eyes meeting, secretly asking him if he was ready. Scott made his was over to Lydia and took his son out of her hands, placing him in his mothers arms.
"Okay so I know y'all are dying to know what his name is, and me and Malia have thought about it a lot over the past 9 months. We had two names picked out, one for a boy and one for a girl." Scott looked down at his little family, his cheeks were starting to hurt from smiling so much in one day. "I’d like to introduce you all to Derek Christopher McCall." As soon as his name was spoken, baby Derek let out a cry which caused everyone to laugh. Derek hugged Scott again, and looked down and his great-nephew. Chris was hugging Melissa, who was crying tears of joy.
"Scott, look." Malia said, he looked down to see his son had his eyes open all the way for the first time. "He has your eyes." Scott noticed they were a darker shade of brown, but there was no denying they were his. Scott was fixing to grab baby Derek and let everyone hold him, when his eyes flickered which caused Malia and Scott to freeze. "Do you just see that?" She looked up at me, wondering if it was just her sleep deprivation kicking in.
"No I definitely saw that.." Scott breathed, looking around the room.
"Scott, its common for werewolves eyes to flicker when born, remember." Deaton spoke up, coming around to take a look.
"Yeah you said that.. But his eyes flickered red." Scott said, turning to Deaton for an explanation. Deaton took baby Derek out of Malia's arms to look at him. Peter, Chris, and Derek gathered around him.
"You ever seen anything like this?" Derek asked no one in particular, he couldn't take his eyes of the 7lb alpha werewolf.
"No… although True Alpha's are extremely rare so we don't know much about them.." Deaton trailed off, still looking at the innocent baby, who had no idea how important he just became.
"Still though, the Alpha trait isn't passed down, you either earn it like Scott or you Take it." Peter said, starring at his grandson in awe.
"That may have been the case, but not anymore...either way he won't come into his powers until puberty, so there is nothing to worry about then. He is perfectly healthy, and his eyes will stop flickering in a couple of days." Deaton reassured everyone, while handing Derek his great-nephew.
"Awwww look, big Derek is holding little Derek." Stiles smirked, Derek chose to ignore him.
"Who's Who?" Issac said then burst out laughing, Stiles gave Isaac a fist bump. Derek glared up at him and his old beta, flashing his eyes into their direction. Isaac tried to cover up his laugh with a cough, and avoided Derek's gaze.
Lydia's gasp made everyone turn to her including Stiles. She reached for his hand, and Stiles gave it too her even though he knew she was fixing to squeeze it. "Stiles, I think its time. Go get Dr. Dunbar." Lydia said, gritting her teeth.
"I'll go get him, Stiles take Lydia back to her room." Melissa said rushing out of the room. Stiles was fixing to roll her out of the room followed by Deaton, when Lydia stopped them.
"What if I accidentally scream? Oh no… I don’t want to hurt anyone." Lydia looked to Deaton concern written on her face, she hadn't thought of that when she decided against Stiles on a natural birth.
"I'll come with you Lydia, maybe if I take your pain then you won't scream." Scott offered, de-tangling himself from Malia.
"No Scott you already took too much from Malia." Deaton said.
"I'll come. If you don’t mind me being in there." Derek was the first to speak up, looking over to them. Stiles looked down at Lydia and raised his eyebrow, signally it was up to her.
"Thanks Derek." Lydia beamed at Derek's offer. Stiles looked at him, giving him a nod. He knew sour-wolf liked him deep down. Derek walked out of the room with them, and made it across the hall. Dr. Dunbar and Melissa were waiting, getting everything together.
"Is there anything I should be aware of before we start?" Dr. Dunbar asked, he knew enough about the supernatural to know anything could happen. Liam told his step-dad long ago that he was a werewolf, and about his friends when Gerard was trying to kill every one 8 years ago. Ever since Dr. Dunbar and Melissa worked together to patch people up when the need arrived, but he never asked too much about the supernatural.
"Hopefully this will just be a simple delivery, there isn’t a guarantee that the banshee gene will be passed down, and even if it is, it shouldn't cause any issues with delivery." Deaton said. Dr. Dunbar raised the sheet that was covering Lydia to check how far she was dilated.
"Okay, Lydia you're fully dilated. Everyone know what their job is?" She asked, looking around the room. Stiles held one hand while Derek held the other.
"Lyds, I love you and you are going to do great okay." Stiles spoke directly to his wife, ignoring everyone else in the room. Lydia looked up toward him, instant relief washed over her as she gazed into his rich chocolate eyes. Lydia silently prayed one last time for their kids to be blessed with his eyes. Stiles of course ruined the moment with his next comment, "But please, if you're going to squeeze someone's hand, use Sourwolf's. He heals." Derek let a low growl, then looking at Lydia.
"It’s alright Lydia, I can take it." Derek smirked, raising his eyebrows at Stiles. Lydia let out a small laugh, which caused Stiles to glare at her. She leaned up, letting Dereks hand go for a moment, to place a soft kiss to Stile's lips.
"I love you too Stiles." She wanted nothing more than to continue kissing him, but another contraction ruined the mood.
"Alright Lydia, are you ready?" Dr. Dunbar asked, Lydia just nodded. Lydia started to push, and soon as she did she was glad Derek was here. Stiles looked at Derek's hand, slowing watching the dark veins creep up his arm.
"Okay Lydia I see a head, big pushes okay, you're doing great." Dr. Dunbar yelled, although Lydia couldn't hear anything but her heartbeat. It felt like she was having a heart attack, her chest tightened which cause her to tighten the hold onto Derek's hand. Derek was trying to take as much pain from her as possible, without passing out. Damn, he was suddenly grateful for his Mother. Derek felt his eyes flicker color, trying not to put any pressure on Lydia's hand even though she had already broke one of my fingers.
"Okay Lydia, we have a head one more big push okay." Melissa said, ready to receive the first baby. Lydia gave one final push, but even though Derek was taking away her pain she gave in to the tightening in her chest and let out an earth shattering scream. Stiles let go of her hand, to hold grab her face, trying to calm her down. Dr. Dunbar was in pain, along with everyone in the room, but he managed to grab the baby. Melissa quickly went to work checking to make sure everything was okay. Deaton took Melissa's place, ready for the next baby. Stiles was sure everyone's ears were ringing, and he was surprised Scott and Liam didn’t come busting through the door.
"Melissa is everything okay?" Stiles asked worriedly, looking between his wife and his best friends mom. Lydia looked like she was fixing to pass out, and he dared a glance at Derek and realized he was too. "Melissa.." Stiles spoke again.
"We have another boy!" Melissa finally spoke up, holding the tiny baby where Stiles could peak at him.
"Oh god, Lyds he's so tiny. You did so good baby." He kept peppering her with kisses, "Come on Lyds, one more baby to go." Stiles smiled at her, Lydia just nodded her head. She was exhausted, she didn’t want to push anymore. Her throat was raw from the scream, and she still felt her heart beating erratically.
"Okay Lydia, one baby down. I know your tired, but you have to start pushing again." Dr. Dunbar said, preparing for the next baby.
"Stiles.. I don’t think I can.." Lydia couldn't get the words out, she just grabbed Stiles hand again.
"Yes you can, Lydia Martin-Stilinski you are the strongest and most bad-ass woman on this planet and you can do this." That was all Lydia needed to hear, and she was pushing again. Lydia ignored the tightening in her chest, Stiles was right. She could do this, she wouldn't give in again. Derek grabbed her hand again, ready to take more pain if he needed to. Three more pushes, and the final Stilinski arrived. Unlike their son, this one had a set of pipes.
"We have our first girl!" Deaton said proudly. Stiles had the biggest smile on his face, of course the one screaming like a banshee was a girl, just like her mother. Dr. Dunbar made sure everything was okay with Lydia and the twins. Derek got up, flexing his hand, which Stiles was pretty sure Lydia broke on the last push.
"Thank you Derek." Lydia said above a whisper, a lazy smile on her face.
"Anytime.. I'm going to wait outside, I'm sure Scott has already told everyone the play by play. Come get us when you're ready." Derek smiled, he placed a quick kiss to Lydia's cheek and turned to walk away.
"Hey Derek, seriously… thank you." Stiles walked over and gave him a quick bro hug, "We really appreciate it." Derek nodded his head one last time, and walked out of the room.
"Stiles, Lydia.. We have two little ones that want to see you." Melissa placed their son in Lydia's arms first, he looked so much like Stiles she couldn’t help but smile. Stiles noticed the small cluster of moles on his face as Lydia traced them with her finger gently.
"He looks just like you Stiles.." Lydia said, thinking out loud. Stiles looked up and Deaton had just finished wrapping their daughter in a light pink blanket. Stiles took one last look at their son as Deaton walked over to where he stood, and handed Stiles his baby girl. Stiles was blown away at her beauty, she had small tufts of strawberry blonde tufts of hair on top of her head, and Lydia's perfect nose.
"She looks just like you Lyds.." Stiles chuckled, mimicking her comment from earlier. Stiles placed their baby girl in-between Lydia's legs so he could hold his son. Lydia handed him over, and Stiles was shocked. He didn't realize how much he really did look like him. Stiles noticed the thick head of dark brown hair peaking out from his beanie. "You ready to see everyone?" He asked.
"You ready to meet your pack, huh little one?" Lydia cooed at our son. Stiles put their daughter down into her basinet, wrapping her pink blanket around her snugly. Stiles pushed the bassinet closer to Lydia before he left the room. Stiles walked the short distance to Malia's room, knocking lightly before he entered. Scott was cuddled with Malia, while Peter was holding his grandson rocking him gently in the chair.
"You ready for us? How is Lydia?" Noah asked walking over pulling his son into a hug.
"Yeah we are, and she is fine dad. And the Twins.. God they are so tiny and absolutely gorgeous. Usually I think babies look like aliens, but they are just.. Ugh they're perfect." Stiles gushed to his dad.
"Do you think little Derek looks like an Alien?" Isaac asked, knowing it would get a rise out of Malia.
"Yeah Stilinski, do you?" Malia asked, baiting him into answering the question as she glowed her eyes at him for the millionth time today.
"What? No, of course not! I meant other babies…like Isaac, I'm sure he looked like an alien baby." Stiles exclaimed, trying to dig his way out of a hole.
"Hey!" Isaac yelled, "I didn't look like an alien." He grumbled, while Scott laughed.
"Be quiet you too, I'm ready to see my niece and nephew." Scott stated, standing up from the bed. He helped Malia up, making sure she was okay to walk.
"Oh Lydia is going to be so jealous, she is pissed that she is stuck in the hospital for the next few days." Stiles commented, Malia chose to ignore him and started walking to the door. Everyone followed behind her, leaving Stiles and Noah standing in the room.
"I'm really proud of you Stiles.. You've grown into the man I always dreamed you'd be." Noah patted his son's shoulder lightly, "And your mom would be just as proud." Stiles looked into his fathers eyes, and hugged him again. They stayed that way for a minute, letting the emotions of the day run through them. Stiles was the first to break the hug.
"Thanks dad.. I just wish she was here.." Stiles mumbled, tears forming in his eyes.
"She's always here kiddo." Noah pointed to Stiles heart, "She's always with us." Stiles looked at his dad one last time, rubbing the tears out of his eyes. "Come on, I'm dying to see my grandkids." Stiles laughed this time, gesturing for his dad to lead the way.
When Stiles and Noah finally made the way in the room he noticed, the twins have already started to be passed around. Natalie was running her hand over Lydia's back, whispering something in her ear he couldn't hear.
"Dude, its scary how much this kid looks like you. I don’t think the world can handle two Stiles Stilinski's." Isaac laughed, holding Stile’s son in his arms. Stiles shook his head at the scarf boys comment, making his way over to his wife. Isaac handed the baby he was holding to Stile's dad. Noah looked down at his grandson and laughed.
"Holy shit, he does look just like you Stiles.. Except for his eyes. He has his mothers eyes." Stiles jumped up, looking over his fathers shoulder. His dad was right, everything about him was Stiles, except for the emerald eyes. Those were definitely Lydia's.
"Thank god, I was hoping one of our kids would get your eyes Lyds." He smiled at her, and she pursed her lips.
"Really? I was hoping they would have yours.." she frowned, crossing her arms over her chest defiantly.
"I think you got your wish Lyds." Liam said, holding the bundle wrapped in the pink blanket. Liam walked over toward Lydia, placing the baby in her arms. Stiles joined her, they both looked at their daughter. She had her eyes open looking around, when her gaze fell on Lydia. Lydia opened her mouth, but no sound came out. She was mesmerized by her husbands eyes staring back at her.
"Okay yes they are absolutely adorable, now what's their names." Scott asked, just as excited as Stiles was earlier. Stiles and Lydia shared a silent conversation before she turned toward Chris, who had his arm around Melissa ready for the announcement.
"Chris.. We were wondering .. If you'd be okay.. If we named her Allison?" Lydia spoke quietly, Stiles put an arm around her for comfort. Everyone became silent, remember their fallen friend.
"I think she would have loved that." Chris said, tears coming to his eyes. Lydia nodded, looking back to Stiles.
"Well everyone, this is Allison Claudia Stilinski." Stiles announced, grinning at his dad. Noah just nodded his head, loving Lydia even more for letting Stiles name her after his mother too.
"What about this one?" Scott asked, gesturing to the baby boy Noah placed in his arms moments ago.
"As much as I am against it, happy wife happy life yano.." Stiles grumbled, while Lydia cleared her throat beside him.
"You'll do well to remember than Stilinski. Stiles didn’t want to name him this but seeing how much he looks just like him. I can’t resist." Lydia narrowed her eyes at him, "This is Mieczyslaw Aiden Scott Stilinski." Lydia smiled up at her husband, "When he gets older, he can decide what he wants to go by. For now though, we figured it would be easier to call him Aiden." Stiles gently squeezed her shoulder. Every one knew what Aiden meant to Lydia, and how much he was missed. Stiles turned to Scott and Malia who were busy cooing at Aiden.
"Scott, I know you asked us to be Derek's god parents… we want you to be the twin's god parents too, yano in case anything ever happens to me or Lyds." Stiles stammered, rubbing the back on his head nervously.
"Of course bro, we would be honored." Lydia looked over at her husband and his best friend, wrapped in a comfortable embrace. Lydia noticed that Peter walked up next to Malia, holding Derek out so he could see Aiden. Both of them started making little noises, like they were talking to each other in a language no one else could understand. She glanced around the room and noticed everyone was trained on them as well.
She knew in that moment, the bond Scott and Stiles shared, had just been passed down to their boys, and they are going to have their hands full.

Stiles Stilinski has never been popular in school. But that’s okay. He’s okay with it, more than okay, actually.
Stiles Stilinski has no game, it’s almost like the school motto. And it used to get to him, but not anymore. Because now he has a boyfriend – people didn’t even know he was bi – and everything was okay.
Everyone could say whatever the hell they wanted about him. They could make fun of him and say he’s never been kissed. They could laugh and say nobody would ever want to sleep with him.
They could do whatever the hell they wanted.
Because he knew it was all lies.
At least that’s what he had expected to happen after the summer break. For things to continue on as usual.
They didn’t.

Stiles Stilinski hasn’t been Sheriff for very long and dealing with the aftermath of the attack against the Hales ends up being far more complicated than he ever could have imagined.

Derek Hale has been suckered by the School Board into coaching the after-school pee wee lacrosse team, alongside his regular teaching duties at the high school English Department. While waiting on one of his players’ parents to pick up their kid (who has been an hour late at this point), he meets Sheriff Stiles Stilinksi and gets entangled in his life of single parenting and the cut-throat world of pee wee lacrosse and helicopter parents. He’ll also come to realize how much he actually loves “his kids”, and will forever be grateful for his shitty teaching contract.
Or:
“I accidentally fell in love with my son’s pee wee coach”
Or:
The five times that Derek Hale was impressed at Stiles’ parenting skills, and the one night that Stiles realized Derek was one hell of a parent himself.
Carrie, my darling, since I live off your recs, do you any of future Sheriff Stiles?

here comes trouble by grimm (E, 106k) All Derek wants is one day where he can sleep without worry of being woken by gunfire, without the threat of death hanging over his head. He wants a full stomach and no pain clinging to his bones, no ache in his feet from months of running. He wants a shower, a safe place to put his head. He wants his family, the healing comfort of pack. He'll never have any of that again.
Not Today by rlnerdgirl (E, 2k) Derek’s cabin is close by. The fire’s been burning for at least half an hour and there’s no way Derek wouldn’t have seen it and not investigate. The man likes his privacy and he’s not one for tolerating folk in and around his territory. His night vision may be shot by the fire in front of him, but Stiles knows that somewhere, in the half-lit shadows of the night, Derek’s prowling. Hunting.

Sheriff Stilinski and the K9 Unit by dearjaycee (G, 1k) Somehow, Stiles has finally been able to fulfill his dream of becoming Sheriff and it’s a miracle. But he needs some intimidating backup to make sure people respect his authority. To fix that, he decides to beg until Derek finally agrees to help him out.
“What was that, sweetheart?” Stiles whispers to her.
“I asked if daddy was home yet, poppa.”
Derek freezes in place, heart still hammering away in his chest, tears welling up in his eyes. He worries for a split second, that it’ll cause Stiles to panic, running from his house in fear that this is just too much commitment.
So, Derek braces for the worst, but that’s not what happens. No, what happens instead is something far greater then Derek could’ve hoped for.
“Apple cranberry it is then. I had a bad day at work and you are going to be a good boyfriend and humor me.”
Stiles added the bubble bath to the water, sticking his hand in and stirring the soap around, determining the water was just right. He looked over at Derek who was stilled pouting and smiled, sticking his finger out and gesturing for Derek to come forth. Sulking, Derek shuffled over to the water.
