very late rope post but i’m really proud of myself despite not being suspended. we tried a wrist tie on me, it was light to where i still had movement but it was a very big deal to me. in the past, any restriction of my wrists would result in panic attacks, due to being handcuffed by cops during a mental health crisis. i admire my own bravery in getting past that obstacle and being able to do a wrist tie.
