i really love the design of this package and when i opened it, i literally went "oh my god!". the smell was so strong and beautiful!

this is shincha kamo asanoka fukamushi 2026 and its absolutely delicious. with a significant umami, but also sweet, with a faint hint of astringency.

it was shincha time yesterday and it was shincha time today as well. this time at the lao tea house in prague. it was shincha from last year, so the taste was not as strong, especially compared to the one i drank yesterday. i still had a good time, as this is my favorite tea house in prague - i love the place, its usually quiet and calm. i find it fascinating that there are so relaxing places in the centre of our capital, which i otherwise dont like too much for being very busy, loud and crowded. also, i have a non-tea update - the teacher i asked to become my bachelors thesis supervisor finally responded to my mail and his response was positive!! which means ill get to work on a thesis about mixed zoo exhibits in my country - still dont know the details, but yay, since its a topic i actually care about.
