Cozytober Day 11: Chilly Fall Day
masterpost
Danny tucked himself under Jason’s arm, happy to walk right in Jason’s space while they strolled through the park. It was another one of Jason’s efforts—bringing parks back to ‘Park Row’. One might thing it was easy, but it took a lot of work to not have it just ripped apart in the middle of the night by thugs. It took a lot of work to redo it after that happened anyways. But Jason was from here and he knew how passionate the people could be and the difference having them involved in the project could make. This was the fourth go at this particular park, but this time it seemed to be holding.
“How are they till growing things?” Danny asked as he tucked himself tighter against Jason’s warmth. The man was basically a walking furnace and Danny very much appreciated that.
“Hum?”
“The veggies and things,” Danny said with a nod over to the large chunk of the park that was dedicated to the community garden space. It was one of the things that had really gotten people involved.
“Oh. Something actually need the cold to finish growing right,” Jason explained. “But they’ll be on their last harvest or two for most things. The abuelas were talking about turning over the soil soon to let it get ready for spring. Apparently all the green and things will rot and make it better for next time.”
“Oh, huh, I guess that makes sense,” Danny said with a little tilt of his head.
Life death and the eternal cycle and all. It always came back to that.
Diary of a Short Day
The toaster, a robot appliance of the devil, burned the bread. The car ignition barely turned over then sputtered to a halt. The cell phone battery displayed low charge; defiantly stopped mid-way through a number. Glanced at the clock--8:15 a.m. Returned to bed with a good book. by Norma Wightman

Plum: it’s at three, it hasn’t moved up nor down in a while now, and I’m inclined to believe it won’t until this string is removed
Don't know why. I felt like this during yesterday.
Day 7, second quadrimester
A Sunday like another...woke up at 9, studied a bit of Greek Literature and made some coffee...tidied up my desk, re-read Canto IX for the first meeting for Dante Day project...read some Philosophy History, Iamblichus...wanted to go to an exibition about Dante, in the evening, but no one could come with me, and going there alone would have been dangerous... finished homework, revised history and washed my hair, then fell asleep.
Short but long day.
Today was pretty more interesting
Will update in..a hour? I think so
