Her short HIIT bodyweight exercises worked great for me when I started working out. No equipment, no time? All you need is 20-25 minutes and adequate space. That’s all. No excuses left. Ha-ha! More importantly, short HIIT workouts are incredibly effective. If you know the workout is only 10 minutes long, you can push yourself to the absolute max, which makes the training session far more effective than slogging away for 40 minutes at a treadmill. I never was a high knees kind of gal, so Zuzka’s creative, explosive moves are perfect for me. Her bodyweight exercises are always available to you and are incredibly useful when you are travelling. I highly recommend you give her a try!
