NYCC Ticket, Please Help
I want to know if anyone else had this happen to them for NYCC this year: I completed a fan verification profile and successfully purchased a three day pass for NYCC 2016. After I completed the purchase, I logged in to ShowClix to assign the solitary ticket that I had bought for myself and assign it to myself. I saw that it already had my name on it, but I clicked around to make sure but there were no buttons to click, nowhere to assign the ticket that already had my name on it to myself. Thus, I assumed that it was all set, the ticket was mine and I would be going to NYCC in October. But then I get an email yesterday that says that I've been refunded for my purchase and I no longer have the ticket. What the hell????!?!! I don't understand. I should have a ticket. There was no where for me to click in order to reassign it!!!!! Did anyone else have this issue?
