Day 38: SIDE LEG RAISES Today’s exercise is simple yet effective. Lay on the floor on your side with your legs stacked on top of one another. Slightly engage your abs while lifting the leg on top towards the ceiling. Hold at the top point for a moment then slowly release back to the start position. Do 10 reps then switch sides.
