Sooo today, I was at my second job and I had a chance to experiment with some fragrances (I enjoy mixing the potions).

I found one that was straight vanilla and one that was straight rose. Very natural smelling and gentle on the skin.

And of course, like the brainrotted nerd that I am, I mixed them together to determine what Sephiroth’s hair actually smells like skfjdjd.

I can confirm, when it’s the rose and vanilla, he smells like a vanilla ice cream sundae with some warm and cozy floral syrup on top and I almost swooned at how sweet the whole vibe was. Very cute. 10/10.

If Hojo wasn’t straight up lying in this Silver Elite message, then Seph’s scent is like getting a hug in a flower field lol.

Anyways, one of the few good things to come out of the current publishing climate is the absolutely brilliant and scathing essays I'm seeing people write in response to the new wave of "romantasy" books that are literally romanticizing nazis and white supremacist love interests, and not only having these reviews completely rip these books apart for their atrocious formatting and plot (or lack thereof) but also calling them exactly what they are: conservative white supremacist propaganda.

Book haul time, everyone!

Silver Elite by Dani Francis! For context, I was waiting for my mum while she was at work, and I decided to browse the store. I found this absolute beauty of a book! This book has been on my Waterstones wishlist for some time, and I thought, "Oh why not treat myself lol?" So, yet again, a new book on my TBR! Also, that map is cool as fuck lol.
