Here is the gussied up version of my SimCity Map!

I tried my best to make it look seamless. But the best part is that you can now have it in game 😁 I made it as a recolor for of the Maxis "Two dogs and olive" painting.

And for those who don't like English text, I also made a version with icons only, plus a version with "weather forecast" because, why not? 😆

I originally planned on making this as a gift for 100 subscribers, but I took too long 😅 I guess instead it can be a gift for the one year anniversary of the uberhood 🤩

Oh and yeah, I named Académie La Tour based on the French version, because Académie Le Tour is just nonsense 😅

Hey lovely people,

I have to give you a little update, with good and bad news.

The bad news is that my queue has finally run out, so the uberhood will go on a little break. (Hopefully not very long!)

I haven't had much time to play lately, mostly because I am having too much fun keeping up with the BTS comeback 😂 Turns out, I love them even more than playing ts2, which is the highest compliment you can get from me 🤭 If you've never listened to BTS, now is the best time to give it a try 🤩

Now on the plus side, I am almost done renovating the hood I want to add next round! And by that I mean that almost all the residential lots are done so I can move in the playables. I just need houses for some bin families now. I didn’t share any pics yet because I wanted it to be a surprise 😁

I've also made good progress with SimState university, so my plan to add all three universities at once should be feasible 😊

In any case, I'm not going on hiatus or anything, so in the meantime feel free to ask me questions, WCIFs if you have them, or even gameplay suggestions.

Posts might become a little bit irregular, but I think it will be fun to post as I play, rather than showing you things months after I played them 😅

I am a bit late, but there are now over 200 followers on this blog 🤯

I never expected that so many people would be interested in my silly Sims 2 gameplay, and it still feels a bit surreal to be honest. I started this simblr mostly to entertain myself, but it's even better knowing that others enjoy it too ☺️

I am especially grateful for those of you who take the time to read and like all my posts, and leave comments. I live for the comments 😍

But if you are a lurker, that's okay too. I understand because I was one for many, many years before I got the courage to post.

Just a quick note to let you know that we have played through the first half of summer!

Now we are going to go back and play each family in Belladonna Cove, Strangetown and Pleasantview for 3 more days.

I know it feels like a really long summer, which is why after this I am switching to 3 days seasons only lol. But the round entries should be a bit shorter since we've already met everyone so far, so I won't need to detail every little thing.

But now the Sims will be able to mingle and create even new storylines! And we are also due for a few exciting birthdays.

Meanwhile, I am working on renovating the universities (yes, all 3 of them 😅), and another sub-hood that I won't reveal just yet 👀

If this is your first time here, welcome!

I have decided to challenge myself into renovating every single Maxis neighborhood, and then merging them together to create the ultimate uberhood.

Before you ask, no I will not be sharing my lots because of the ungodly amount of CC I use. 😅

I started off with Belladonna Cove, and I will slowly add the other hoods with each new season in the rotation.

To be honest, I created this project only for myself and never planned on sharing it. But since I started playing, I am having so much fun that it feels wrong to keep it all to myself. It's my first time seriously playing with the premades, and I find them so entertaining!

Here, I mostly post gameplay pictures. Most of them are candid, unedited screenshots, because I am way too lazy. If I had to edit and crop out every single picture, I would simply never post.

Anyways, I hope you'll have just as much fun as me ☺️

4 Songs I Have On Repeat

But I must say... 4 songs?! It's so hard to choose 😭 I'm gonna resist the urge to fill everything with BTS, just to spice it up a bit. But know that this is all I am listening to since their new album came out. Besides I can't even pick 4 songs they're all so good 😭

they don't know 'bout us - BTS. I picked this one, with great difficulty, because I think it's the type of sound that you wouldn't expect from them if you never listened to their music, but it's such a classic. But I reaaally like Aliens too.

Timeless - Drunken Tiger, RM. Technically not a BTS song but also a classic

Party's Over - ONE OK ROCK. I love this song because I've always said Taka has a voice sweet enough for RnB, but he chose to become a rock star instead 😎

Event Horizon - Younha. I just love her voice so much, if I die and get reborn as a singer, I would want to sound just like that 😂

Anyways, these are my 4 songs. Just know that it broke my heart having to pick between my babies 😂
