Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate ice cream. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup.
Instructions: In a blender, combine chocolate ice cream, milk, and chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Once frozen, remove from molds and serve.

Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. 1 cup crushed vegan graham crackers for crust.
Instructions: In a food processor, blend soaked cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and cloves until smooth and creamy. Press the vegan graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Pour the cashew mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, remove from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.
