Ingredients: 1 bottle of white wine. 1 cup peach schnapps. 2 cups peach nectar. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 2 peaches, sliced. 1 orange, sliced. 1 lemon, sliced. 1/4 cup sugar optional. Club soda or sparkling water optional, for serving. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put white wine, peach schnapps, peach nectar, and lemon juice in a large pitcher. Mix things together well. Slice the orange, lemon, and peaches and put them in the pitcher. You can add sugar to the sangria to make it sweeter if you want to. Put the pitcher in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight, to let the flavors blend. Stir the sangria well before you serve it. Put ice cubes in each glass and pour the peach sangria over them to serve. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water if you want it to be fizzy. If you want, you can add more peach or citrus slices as a garnish. Shake it well, then strain it into a martini glass that has been set up. Add a dollop of whipped cream, some crushed chocolate cupcakes, and grated nutmeg on top to finish.

Add the ground cardamom and maple syrup to the hot milk and stir until everything is well mixed. Put the coffee or espresso that has been brewed into a big mug. Pour the maple cardamom milk slowly over the coffee in the mug and stir it in gently to mix. You could add whipped cream and ground cinnamon on top if you want to. If you want to drink your Maple Cardamom Latte, do it hot.
