A creamy and tasty spinach artichoke dip that tastes like the one at Applebee's. Great for gatherings, parties, or a cozy night in.
Ingredients: 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained. 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/3 cup mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Put spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Put the mixture in a baking dish. After the oven is hot, bake the dip for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly. Warm it up and serve it with crackers, tortilla chips, or bread.
