I’m obsessed with the idea that Sirella ‘accepting aliens into our families makes us weak’ Daughter of Linkasa grows to adore Alexander.

It starts out with her finding out his mother died when he was young and deciding to be a vague sort of motherly presence to him. Nothing overt or affectionate, just being a woman he can look up to. But then he asks her about Klingon culture and when she teaches him she relives doing the same with her children. Only this time she doesn’t have to convince him that this stuff is important, he knows it is and is an eager student.

From there it evolves until she’s going around saying he’s her son and killing anyone who says otherwise.

New headcanon:

Martok is always adopting strays. All the damn time. Targs, cats, dogs, lions, other Klingons, Terrans, a Cardassian - the list is endless.

Sirella has given up on rolling her eyes.

Besides, her House is now the largest and most politically connected in two quadrants.

Perhaps there are worse things than having a husband with an overlarge heart.

This is something I've been thinking about for a while: a list of who should have been at Worf and Jadzia's wedding.

Sergey and Helena Rozhenko ( Worf's adopted parents)

Nikolai Rozhenko (Worf's adopted bother)

Any of Jadzia's family

I know the in universe explanation for them not being there is because of the war going on and in RL they probably weren't able to get all the actors, but I think it would have been cool.

Seeing Geordi, Data, and Nikolai participating in the Kal'Hyah with the other would have been fun. Data having no trouble with any of it, Geordi and Data reuniting with Miles, and Nikolai telling them stories from Worf was a kid.

Helena and Sergey meeting Jadzia for the first time. I think they'd like her.

I could see Sirella and Helena butting heads over a couple of things.

It would have also been nice if they could have incorporated some Trill and Human customs into their wedding. Maybe a Trill vow and an exchange of rings.
