Bench felt good this morning so we decided to go up... I failed 135 once got pissed off then tried and failed again. My head wasn't in it. As soon as nick stuck 2 fingers under the bar it flew up.. he barely helped but I didn't do it on my own. I've said it a million times before but lifting is way more mental than physical for me. If my head isn't in the game the weights not moving. After everything that went on yesterday feeling beyond stressed and sick (IBS+anxiety=🤢) all I wanted to do was lift. Yeah I was pissed off I couldn't get 135 up but I knew exactly why, so we dropped the weight down and banged out some reps. So what if you fail? Not every lift is gonna be amazing, don't let it ruin your day. Do what you need to do to get where you want to be. Other than that had a killer shoulder pump, now going home to take a bubble bath and write a new blog post. The Overnight. {11.14.13}

This was supposed to be last week but some reasons forded us to overnight. So we skipped classes on the first Thursday of class and went swimming at N Hotel. 

Brought my tripod and we made it a photo booth machine. lol t'was so fun.

The sky turned grey so quick and sudden and EARLY, we changed and were ready to swim.

And lastly we headed uptown to Kios' house for movies and were going to "sleep" there but we did not, beacause YOLO! 

Awesome bonding experience was awesome.

I love these crazy people so much, it makes me smile in tha jeepney. Lol, moar of these please? It was our kind of fun & sweet double date ❤

Can we talk about how it skipped school and work to go to Disneyland with K. At 6:30 am. And for some reason I was really emotional in the morning and wanted to cry. We had a really awesome day but I think my feet are gonna fall off. Xoxo T
