How do you personally get a good night's sleep? Maybe your techniques can help with my own schedule, other suggestions you might have are also welcomed
Personally? Well, my Shimmering Shroom, that all depends if I get personal space or not. Heh.
I have 2 methods (because 2 is always the best number):
(1) The "Man Member Method".
I assure you, it is exactly what it sounds like 💙💙
Since I am a man, and an amazing on at that, I have this special power within me to get out a box of tissues, take out the latest issue of MILF MANIA, get involved with Karamatsu's member, and just 'go to town', if you know what I mean. And I'm sure you do 💙💙
After getting off, it's off to dreamland ✨💤✨
Of course... you can imagine this is a bit of a challenge with 5 burazas, hmm?? The second I take my precious MILF MANIA Magazine out, it's gone. Then so are the tissues...
So my second method is called:
(2) "Collage Chick Configuration"
Here, I barrow the brilliant aesthetics of a blooming uni gal. You know the type. The ones that always seem to have a pumpkin spice latte in their grasp for some reason.
This method is much easier to do within my burazas's company.
First, no caffeine after noon. Thank goodness for online ordering. This way I don't have to lower my coolness stat-bar by ordering something decaffeinated in front of anyone.
Then, around bedtime we set the mood ✨✨
We can start with a cup of tea of some sort, the sort that has a relaxing herb infused in it. Did you know that lavender can actually have a fruity flavor?? Not quite floral. Sigh. If only it were blue instead of purple...
But oh~~ speaking of colors!!
Ambient lighting~~ Smooth yellows, oranges, and red only. We're creating our own personal, romantic sunset within our room.
Blue is the best color, but it is time to let the hue have a rest. For even the color needs its beauty sleep. Put it in its comfy crib by applying a nice red-light filter over any screen.
Blue is such a powerful, strong, wonderful color, that it radiates through all screens. Even if you can't physically see its greatness bluntly ✨✨
And the next part is personal for each precious individual. Some times it is just laying down and focusing on nothing but your breathing. Ichimatsu says this is easy for me to do since I don't have a lot in my head anyway. Hm.......
Other times, it is physically tiring out your eyes by reading until sweet slumber kisses you.
Ahh~~ and don't froget, we're doing the uni gal thing, so adding a small bit of skin-safe aroma oil on your neck featuring a smell that comforts you can also assist in drifting you to dreamland ♡♡
Then, when we wake up from said solicitous dreams, hopefully not having messes in our underwear to deal with, we can thank the blue by also waking it up with us 💙💙
Turn the red lights off and put that blue light back on, blast yourself awake for another adventurous day!
