I have not posted FOREVERR really, a long post, not since before christmas!! and I thought to lighten up my page a little bit with a small spark, I will walk you through the first day in my current top 3 realities I am shifting too!!
which include (in order), twilight reality, marvel reality, fame reality. I’m also going to write these like small diary entries so the feel a bit more real :D
this post is for my twilight reality!!
(btw I have yet to shift here - and all this is "made up", I don't like to call it that but there is a chance it will be different in my actual dr, I like to imagine a lot, and writing helps me embody that - so that is what this is.)
Do you struggle to visualise? Do you think you might have aphantasia, but arent sure because you have rather vivid dreams? Or are able to daydream while doing something monotonous but not when closing your eyes and really focusing on it?
I may have realised the solution last night. Two things are most important: you’re taking “see it in your mind’s eye” too literally, and you’re taking “imagine/in your mind” not literally enough. This is pretty hard to explain but I’ll try my best, since this took me frankly TOO long to realise.
Try remembering something. Anything. Literally if you’re struggling to come up with something, then hold and look at an object near you. Let go, and try to remember that moment. NO, no, dont overthink it. Just recall it as you would anything.
Okay? Notice how that felt. You didnt SEE it, did you? It was like, inside your head right? And while you were remembering it you kind of zoned out for a moment? THATS the key. You apply the same thing when trying to imagine something. Dont go into it expecting too much, and dont try too hard to do it. Just. Do it.
In meditation when your eyes are closed, my best tip is to like. Stop focusing so much on the back of your eyelids, and trying to see something in that darkness. Just ignore it. This also helps in general if you’re trying to fall asleep

Is it necessary to visualise to get our desires ? Can I just affirm?
No, it's not necessary to visualise. You can choose only to affirm if that's what you like, and visa versa. You can pretty much do whatever resonates best with you. Affirming and visualising are really just techniques you use to saturate your mind with the new story about whatever it is that you're manifesting, in order to make your new story dominant in your mind.
Whichever approach you use, whether it be visualisation, affirmations, SATS (stake akin to sleep) or a combination of each, etc, the key component is repetition, persistence, and a mental diet in relation to the topic of your desire! You just want to do it enough that it sinks into your subconscious mind and eventually pushes out into your 3D.
Also, just noting, whenever you affirm, your subconscious actually responds and DOES visualise whatever you are affirming, even if you aren't aware of it. So no need to stress about if you purposely visualise or not when you affirm, your mind will do all the work, all you have to do is keep your thoughts in line with your end goal, and approach it as if it is already done.
For example, during the day you should be trying to stay aware of your thoughts as much as you realistically can, and if you notice that you are thinking of your desire (whether in a good way or a bad way about it), you catch yourself and immediately revert to saying your affirmations and looping them, or doing your visualisation and looping that. Just immediately revert to the technique that puts you in the end state.
Remember, these techniques are not to be used to MAKE anything happen, what they are actually doing is simply REMINDING YOU that your desire IS ALREADY TRUE, ALREADY DONE, and ALREADY YOURS. They basically should be used to snap you out of the negative state and remind you 'bruh, thats not true, THIS is true (say your affirmations)'.
So whenever you affirm or visualise, just do it with the attitude of 'oh yeah, that's right, it's already done. This is already true. My SP is already my boyfriend. He already told me he loves me. I already have $100k. That house is already mine and I'm living there now', and try to let this ease you a bit and fall into the feeling of how you would be if this actually were already true now.
For me personally, if I ever notice I am thinking negatively about my desire or that I am thinking about old shit memories, I just tell myself that those were just nightmares or bad dreams that I had, so why worry about them? They weren't real, they were just dreams, and my reality is actually what I want it to be, then I revert to affirming or visualising. This is a useful way I think about the shitty things in order to take power away from them and remind myself that my desire is true and done. You may find this approach useful for keeping your mental diet.
Every second is an opportunity to switch states, so if you were spiraling 2 seconds ago, it doesn't matter. As soon as you catch yourself doing that, just remember that it doesn't matter. Just revert back to your affirmations. It doesn't matter if you emotionally feel shit (although I don't want you to feel shit), emotions don't manifest, your repeated and most dominant imaginal thoughts do.
So pick, I would suggest, up to 4 affirmations max, and loop them. Don't overwhelm yourself with too many. Don't worry about controlling every detail. Just pick up to 4 max and trust that your mind is doing what it needs to push it out. :)
You don't even need 4, you can use as few as one affirmation, as long as it suggests to you that you already have what you want.
