November
If you read my last post about October you know why this month is going to be yet another new begining. But here we are November 2nd and i am committed to starting anew. Yesterday i made up a meal plan for the entire month and a grocery list for the first two weeks. I am also commiting to doing the November blogilates calandar and have successfully completted the first two days. I still have stress at work and in my personal life but Its time to keep my progress alive. I will have my first weigh in wedensday in over a month this wenedsay and i am actively trying to prepare myself for what ever news i see on that scale. I am also commiting to being more active on tumblr and continuing to be open and honest with all of you about my struggles and successes. This site has helped me come a long way and i don't feel like i'm doing it myself anymore. I have new recipes to post and i will start working on that tonight.
I am commited to ending this year at least 50lbs lighter than i started this year, my last weigh in put me 45lbs down, so if i have managed to not destroy that too badly i only have 5lbs left to go. No matter what i will leave this year a better version of me, physically, emotionally, and mentally than what i started and no one can take that away from me.
