Match your diet to your activity level. The eat less, exercise more approach to weight loss is flawed. And you can see just how true that is in how many people gain back the weight they lost when they try to crash diet while ramping up their exercise. .. Instead, you can eat less and exercise less, or you can eat more and exercise more. And the best approach would be to move back and forth between the two so your metabolism doesn’t adapt. ..
