Cool workout for you tomorrow. The wife @angsam and I went through this Easter Sunday Metabolic Dumbbell circuit today before indulging in delicious feast. Perform each exercise for 30 sec of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other for 2 rounds straight = 6 minutes. Rest 1 minute and repeat for 3-5 rounds total. We were sweating bricks and the muscles were burning.
