Weird theory.

You know how in Sly4 you can catch “glimpses” of Clockwerk? Even in the time period where he shouldn’t of been able to be there? (Bob’s episode)

What if they aren’t really him?

What if Penelope made sentries in the form of smaller Clockwerks to keep watch over the open world in case of action against the Baddies? So those tiny moments where you can see one? It’s actually one out of a parliament of other tinier-more vigilant Clockwerks.

No lie I am...REALLY confused why Sly 5 is never gonna happen.

I know some folks are bitter about the Penelope twist(I as well kinda) but all in all I felt Thieves in Time could’ve been the beginning to a great new Sly Cooper trilogy. 

The game didn’t even under perform either, it was the ninth best selling game in North America, what the hell HAPPENED?
