i've been thinking about Goose and her recent response to people getting mad at her for how she reacted to the leaked episode 9 (which, btw, fans taking out their anger on someone w/ no control of the situation is a massive dick move). and i've been seeing a lot of similar situations where creators want to be active in their community, but end up having to distance themselves due to controversy and backlash, usually over the smallest fucking things.

i also see a lot of people say that they tend not to get involved with fandoms of series they enjoy, for this very reason. so how do yall feel about it? my own personal response is no, i will love a series even if the creator isn't involved in the community. but i do know that some creators have gotten so much attention for their series thanks to their engagement with fans, and it's a sentiment i've seen in comments too.

Honestly I’m really proud of the background, it’s based off Superman Art Jack Kirby did, representing the green aura around him. I will admit I did rush abour but I think it turned out pretty well, tried to draw the head at angle and to be honest I really do think I need the practice :p
