"For a game based on an animated film about a bee looking for a more exciting life than collecting honey, this adaptation made a rather clever choice by offering different activities. These are divided into two types of minigames, which can be activated by moving freely around the hive. There are Mario Kart-style racing events, where you generally act as a taxi or delivery driver, and skill-based events (playing the role of a crane operator). While not all of these are exciting, and some may be too difficult for the target audience, there's plenty to enjoy in this watered-down Grand Theft Auto-like game for kids." ~PlayStation 2 Anthology (Vol. 01)
