Have I told yall that I have an MCU oc that I ship with Bruce Banner? (And that I’m planning on writing a fanfic on them)

My theory about Spider-Man Brand New Day:
I think that throughout the whole movie Peter will try to avoid forming any kind of relationship with other people because of the events of NWH, and Hulk might be the one who'll help with that since he went through it.
So like many I’ve been frustrated for years with how the MCU has treated Bruce Banner in the last few movies, but I have a solid in-universe theory why this may be.
I can imagine him getting very bitter and resentful towards Hulk after being trapped inside for multiple years during his term as the Grandmaster’s champion. Then when they get back to earth, Hulk doesn’t want to fight, despite having done that for years and seeming to enjoy it. Now, he’s justifiably upset at him, and possibly blames him for what happened, as a way to grasp at some semblance of control over the situation. That’s a lot of psychological stress for a guy with DID.
If I remember right, in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Bruce has developed something at some point that can control switching and physical form between him and Hulk. This could possibly be a very bad “solution” to all this.
This would be something that allowed him to utilize Hulk’s strength but retain his own intellect, thus “solving” the problem of Hulk not wanting to switch in. For whump reasons I can see this being not great, side effects wise, and psychologically this would only create a deeper divide between them. If Hulk doesn’t want to help, he’ll figure out a way do it without him.
Come time for Endgame, Bruce seems like he’s doing great to the average civilian, but to someone who’s familiar with him, it’s like he’s a different person. The Bruce Banner who is introverted and quiet and possibly a little too sardonic for most.. wouldn’t take selfies dabbing with fans.
I think it’s possible that Bruce may have put up such a front after Infinity War that he’s coming off entirely different, but even in past high stakes scenarios, he hasn’t been great at masking. In private, he also acts similar around people he’d have no reason to mask around, like Thor, who is obviously not doing great even though he’s in denial about it.
Perhaps, with the combo of the trauma of the snap, and tension between him and Hulk, a new host split and managed to shove them both in back. Someone who had aspects of both Bruce and Hulk, but wasn’t quite either of them, who was split out of desperation for control over things, in response to every part of their life being wrenched out of their control in the span of a few days.
What do you guys think?
